What is Total Fitness:
The way of training the body to achieve a lean fit physique maximizing muscle strength, power, speed and endurance. Total fitness will allow the ability to do participate any activity desired. This brand of training is intended to make you life outside the gym greater then you ever imagined. Based on a cross training methodology where an athlete will incorporate weights, cardiovascular and plyometric movements into each workout.

Our brand of function based movement training gives each T.T. member the greatest opportunity to achieve every fitness and health goal they set. Our specialized coaching makes each athlete feel as if the program was written specifically for them. Our coaches provide a constant variety of training methods each and everyday to make sure your body continues to find ways to push itself each day. All levels of fitness are welcome in each class. Our unique course design we can make sure that the elite athlete gets to keep the pace need to grow and our motivated new clients can set a pace that is best for them. Everyday we come to work full of optimism and positivity so our community of athletes may look to us for motivation or the extra push we all need sometimes.
